A: No, The Idyllic Collection is an advertising directory so is not involved in making any reservations of any property.


Q: How do I book a property?

A: You can contact the property by clicking on one of three links. Website, Email and/or Book Now. Please remember to mention The Idyllic Collection when you book as you may just get a great deal! 

Q: Why don't you show availability on your site?

A: All of our partners run and operate a different booking service so they are the best people to advise on the availability of their property. The Idyllic Collection has sourced our favourite properties in one place so the decision of which one you choose to stay in, is up to you.


Q: What do I do if I don't hear back from a property owner? 

A: Please allow 72 hours to hear back from an owner and if you still have not heard anything please feel free to Contact Us at The Idyllic Collection, and we'll do our best to contact the owner on your behalf.


Q: How do I claim a Special Offer featured on your site?

A: Please contact the owner directly and mention the offer seen on The Idyllic Collection with the relevant code if there is one mentioned.


Q: I'd like to share some photos of my holiday with The Idyllic Collection - how can I do this?
